I lead teams to turn ideas into useful systems, and I stay close to the customer. I enjoy breaking complex problems into simple steps, and I am comfortable switching from whiteboard to code editor to camera. How would you describe yourself, both personally and professionally? I’d describe myself as an optimistic person with a bias for action. I like to make things happen and I get a lot of energy from change.
