We ARE valuable.
We ARE capable.

When we're often labelled as "different" because of our neurodiversity, disability, culture or gender, we can often be made to feel ashamed.
Or less than. Or incapable.

We often have others think or tell us...
​
"You're not as capable."
"This needs someone reliable."
"Wow, you seemed so normal!"
"We just don't think you're suitable"
"Is that even a disability?"
​​We are made to feel that we should shrink ourselves or hide parts of ourselves. That we should be ashamed.
​
The trouble is, we often end up hiding many of our strengths and the gold inside us that makes us unique, talented and incredible, too.
We All Have Gold
Sometimes our gender, culture, disability or neurodiversity may bring additional challenges - this doesn't mean we don't have gold to share.

Let's use our GOLD to create more opportunities for ourselves, each other and the younger generation.
We cannot change external paradigms or narratives until we change the internal ones.

Let's value ourselves and all we have to offer and help others to understand the value they bring to the table, too.
