Our People

Our people are the core foundation of what we are as an organisation and how we do the work we do. They are central to our growth, the impact we make, and the innovation we create. 

As our wider community fuels our purpose, it also fuels our team. We commit to building from our core - our community. Many of the team have been Partners, Contributors, or Ambassadors, too.

WE ROAR Magazine™ (WRM) is our positive-change and collaborative media platform for impact-driven business owners, creators, and leaders, covering business & lifestyle topics. We also create media for 3rd parties.

Events & Installations

The 1-Day Rebellion™ is our annual global hybrid entrepreneurial & creative festival hosted live in N. Ireland. We also host immersive metaverse art, fashion & creative showcases, installations & community-led events.

Belonging Tech™

We're building tools and platforms that'll foster greater belonging for SMB owners, creatives and founders as well as for their customers, clients and communities. To start, we will make accessibility more accessible.
