Live Event
At the live event, there will be a "Let's All Be Happy & Comfy" table with:

some sensory fidgets
-
stickers like "no hugs" and "allergy alert"

basic communication cards
-
earplugs
-
packets of tissues
-
packets of hand sanitiser wipes
-
individually wrapped face masks
-
​forms to fill in to report a complaint (or ask for Jennifer Cairns, who will have a purple ID tag on)

GoBrunch
Accessibility Zoom (instead of GoBrunch) virtual event
If you need additional accessibility beyond captions, or you prefer a less immersive space, Zoom will have a feed coming from the main space hosting the live Let's Talk... events and will offer a virtual tour on the day that will describe the showcase spaces and main event space. After the tour, or other support or info request, you can choose to remain in Zoom or re-enter the GoBrunch platform. Here is the Zoom Accessibility link that will open at 4pm GMT Oct 29th 2025. You can book a place on the virtual tour at 5:30 pm GMT. Please email support@ourrebelworld.com to book with your full name. The tour will take approximately 20 minutes.
